This policy explains how Primary LMS handles information submitted through this website and demo request form.
Information you provide
The demo request form asks for your name, Pakistani mobile number, institution name and type, student-count range, city, and email address. You may also add an optional message. We record the request and related technical details, such as your IP address, to respond and help protect the form from abuse.
How we use information
We use demo request details to contact you, arrange a product demonstration, answer questions, and send the demo access details you requested. We also use limited technical information to operate and secure the website.
Email and service providers
We use email and website hosting services to operate this site and deliver messages. If analytics or advertising measurement tools are enabled in the site settings, those tools may receive information about visits according to their own privacy terms.
Institution records
Please do not include student, parent, or staff personal records in the public demo request form. Records entered into the separate school management service are managed by the institution using that service. The institution is responsible for deciding what information to enter and who can access it.
Cookies and external links
The site uses a session cookie for security and form handling. Some pages may load third-party services, and links to the live demo or registration open services that have their own privacy practices. Please review those services' notices before submitting information there.
Retention and requests
We keep demo request information for as long as needed to follow up, maintain business records, and protect the site. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact us using the email address on our Contact page. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Updates
We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The current version will be published on this page.
